Contributed by Trevor Poulsen B176 Main pages - 270mm x 239mm Insert - 260mm x 210mm The insert is loose and tucks inside the back cover. Page 12-01 shows the outside cover fully opened. The front page is the car, the gold page is the back page, and the red flap folds in to hold the insert.
